I am SO new to collecting Target cards! Can you advise me as to how you are able to receive online cards? Thank you!

Just go to Target.com. They now have 50 different cards available + 4 mobile/e-mail only designs - - that you can purchase for as little as $5 each! Most of the cards available on-line have different numbers than the ones you find in the store. I usually receive my cards the following week.
