American Express won't sell gift cards in NJ

American Express will no longer sell gift cards in NJ and is pulling them from the racks.

Was reading about that this morning. Many states have tried to collect the unused amounts on gift cards, but NJ has way overstepped privacy boundaries with this law. If the law sticks, expect other issuers to pull out as well.
