Mcdonalds Canadian Test Arch cards

Hi,

I'm looking for Canadian Mcdonalds Test cards that were issued back in 2001 and 2002. There were 4 different ones issued. They are all posted in the gallery. I'm also trying to find the other McCafe card that was issued in Canada in late 2011. Both McCafe cards are posted in the gallery. One is seen regularly on ebay, while the other has not been seen.
